Tom Cruise doesn’t do a bad job in this. He is so handsome, it’s hard to imagine him as the maimed and blind Stauffenberg for a bit, but once I got past that I thought he did fine with the role.

I hadn’t realized some places didn’t see Valkyrie when it was released in the States, but now that you mention it, that makes perfect sense. You’ll have to keep me posted on films that debut from Sweden!
